At Thomas Automobile Malaysia, we are committed to supplying quality used auto parts to customers across Malaysia, Brunei, and Indonesia. Delivery and collection arrangements are handled carefully to ensure items are safely transferred to customers or their appointed courier.

Order Processing

Orders placed through our website are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing time:
• 1–3 working days after payment confirmation

Our team may contact customers via WhatsApp to coordinate collection or delivery arrangements where necessary.


Delivery Coverage (Including Cross-Border Delivery)

We serve customers across Malaysia and support cross-border delivery arrangements for customers in Brunei and Indonesia.

• Malaysia: Customers may arrange their own courier for pickup or opt for self-collection from our premises. All courier and delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Brunei & Indonesia (Cross-Border Delivery): We provide delivery to our designated Sabah pickup point for cross-border orders. The exact pickup location will be communicated to the customer after order confirmation. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup and onward international delivery, including all shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and logistics costs where applicable.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included in product prices unless otherwise stated.

For Google Shopping and Merchant Center display purposes, shipping may appear as RM0. Actual courier, freight, logistics, customs, duties, and transport charges are customer-arranged and borne by the customer based on item size, weight, destination, and chosen courier.

• Customers are responsible for arranging their preferred courier or transport provider
• Customers are responsible for all shipping, logistics, customs, duties, taxes, and related costs (if applicable)
• Shipping costs vary depending on item size, weight, and destination


Self-Collection

Customers may choose to collect items directly from our premises.

Self-collection can be arranged after payment confirmation. Our team will provide collection details and schedule once the item is ready.


Items Requiring Special Handling

Certain large or heavy items may not be suitable for standard courier transport, including but not limited to:

• Engines
• Gearboxes
• Half-cuts
• Vehicle chassis
• Large body panels

Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate transport or collection for such items.


Customer Responsibility and Liability

• All items are sold as-is and inspected before release
• Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase
• Customers are fully responsible for arranging courier, cross-border shipping, and transport once the item is ready for collection
• Thomas Automobile is not responsible for any delays, damages, losses, customs issues, or additional charges caused by third-party courier, freight, or logistics providers arranged by the customer
